(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity. A business customer is any natural or legal person, or partnership with legal capacity, acting in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods offered through our online shop.

(2) The presentation of products in our online shop allows you to submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.

(3) The ordering process through our online shopping cart works as follows:

You place the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. You can access the shopping cart at any time and make changes before completing your order.

After proceeding to checkout, you enter the required personal, shipping and payment information. Before submitting the order, the order details are displayed for review.

Where TWINT is available as a payment method, the payment is processed through the relevant TWINT payment infrastructure. The payment information required to complete the transaction is transmitted to the payment service providers involved.

(1) You may exercise a right of retention only insofar as it relates to claims arising from the same contractual relationship, subject to mandatory applicable law.

(2) The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

§ 5 Defects and Warranty

(1) Statutory rights relating to defective goods apply.

(2) Customers are requested to inspect delivered goods promptly for completeness, visible defects and transport damage and to notify us as soon as possible if any issue is identified. Failure to do so does not affect any mandatory statutory rights.

(3) If an item differs from the agreed specifications, the applicable statutory and contractual provisions shall apply.

§ 6 Delivery and Shipping

(2) Goods are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address.

(3) If a shipment is returned because delivery was not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the shipment or another circumstance attributable to the customer, additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

(4) Personal collection is not available for logistical reasons.

§ 7 Returns and Right of Withdrawal
