Return & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Return

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving any reason.

The 14 day return period begins on the day:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if one or more items were ordered as part of a single order and delivered together;
• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item, if several items were ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately.

How to Return Your Order

No prior approval or confirmation is required for a return. You do not need to wait for a response or confirmation from us before sending your return. You are also not required to contact us before returning your order. You may send the goods directly to the return address below within the applicable 14 day return period.

If you prefer, you may notify us of your return by email, but this is optional and is not a requirement for returning your goods.

IMPORTANT: Our business address in Basel is NOT a return address. Please do not send returns to our business address.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient that you dispatch the goods within the applicable 14 day return period.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments that are required to be reimbursed under the applicable withdrawal provisions. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us are excluded.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any additional fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the applicable withdrawal period begins. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including any shipping costs or other charges associated with the return shipment.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply to contracts for:

• goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements;
• goods that may deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
• alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the Seller's control;
• newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of return expires prematurely for contracts concerning:

• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
• audio or video recordings or computer software supplied in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
